About Us
Branson Interactive Multimedia Services, Inc. (BIMS) is a small company with over 15 years experience in designing, programming, hosting, and marketing web sites and over 25 years of video production experience. Our primary goal is to help you market your companies services or products. Most people when it comes to marketing their web site focus on search engine placement or mass emailing. There are plenty of other effective if not more effective ways to market on the Internet besides just search engines and email lists. Let us work with you to develop a strong Internet presence.
Whether you have a web site, need a web site, or need it remodeled we can help you. We have a lot of experience in programming using: PHP, MYSQL and Javascript. Do you need a database driven web site or a shopping cart we do that too. We can also handle any type of custom graphic design or animation that you might need. Whether you need a static web site or a dynamic one we can handle it. If you need a place to host your site we can handle that as well.
The one of the best features of a web site is the ability to change it as often as needed, plus it can hold as much information as you need. No other media can offer so much, that is why we strongly encourage you to use other media ads to focus attention on your web site. There is only so much information you can place in a print or tv ad.

BIMS offers over 25 years of video production and post production experience to help tie your overall marketing ideas together. From logo design to 2D & 3D animations to image compositing we do it all. From commercials to streaming media we offer all kinds of creative experience to help market your business.
Our latest services include DVD/CD-Rom authoring and duplication. We have produced products for several of the local Branson shows & businesses including: The Haygoods, The Brett Family Singers, Delene, Mike Radford, Saddlebrooke, Stonebridge Village, The American Highrise Foundation and many more. This includes the authoring, label & insert design as well as the duplication.

Policy
- Server Down Time:
Your contract will begin from the day we turn on your domain. BIMS will extend any contract for an equal amount of time due to nonscheduled down time. We cannot be held liable for any lost revenue or emails during that time period. We do however have reqularly scheduled maintenance and upgrade times. We will do our best to keep this to an absolute minimum amount of time. Our scheduled down times will usually happen from 10:00pm to 12:00am Central Standard Time on Wednesday evenings. We will also attempt to give 24 hour prior notice to each domain webmaster of any scheduled down time. If you are planning any big event for your web site or running any type of application (such as a scheduled live chat room) where this downtime would not be beneficial please notify us.
- Data Backups:
We backup our servers on a nightly basis.
- Adult Material:
We simply will not allow any of this type of material on our servers. If discovered on our server, we will contact the site owner with a warning the first time. After the warning has been given the content must be removed within 24 hours. If it occures a second time all of the domains that belong to that account holder will be turned off immediately without any compensation.
- Copyrighted Material:
The client agrees to obtain all copyright and/or other licenses for material included in their website, CD, DVD and project (s). If copyrighted material is used unlawfully, BIMS will not and can not be held liable. This includes but not limited to the following: audio samples, music, graphics, logos, mp3, streaming video, video samples files and pictures used in the design of the site, CD, DVD or project. BIMS retains the right to use any custom design work (this includes: audio samples, music, graphics, logos, and pictures) and programming used to create the web site for other projects we work on or marketing sample of work we have done. If copyright laws have been violated by a third party, it is the clients responsiblity to persue legal action, not BIMS.
BIMS reserves the rights to change and or amend these policies at anytime.
